理气膏穴位贴敷疗法在治疗急性胰腺炎中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨理气膏穴位贴敷疗法在治疗急性胰腺炎中的应用价值。方法 :选取2018年7月至2019年1月期间成都中医药大学附属医院收治的52例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为对照组和治疗组。在两组患者入院后,均对其进行常规治疗。在此基础上,采用理气膏穴位贴敷疗法对治疗组患者进行治疗。然后比较两组患者在治疗的第1天、第3天、第5天、第7天其肠鸣音的评分、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)的评分及急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统(APACHEⅡ)的评分。结果 :在治疗的第1天、第3天,两组患者肠鸣音的评分、NRS的评分及APACHEⅡ的评分相比,P>0.05。在治疗的第5天、第7天,治疗组患者肠鸣音的评分、NRS的评分及APACHEⅡ的评分均低于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:对急性胰腺炎患者在进行常规治疗的基础上,采用理气膏穴位贴敷疗法对其进行治疗的效果较为理想,可有效地改善其胃肠道功能障碍的症状。objective:to explore the application value of liqigong acupoint application in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.Methods:52 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.These patients were equally divided into control and treatment groups.After admission,both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was treated by liqigong acupoint application.Then compared two groups of patients in the treatment of 1 day,3 days,5 days,7 days the ratings of bowel sounds,pain score of digital evaluation method(NRS)and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHEⅡ)system.Results:in the treatment of 1 day,3 days,two groups of patients with bowel sounds rating,NRS score and APACHE comparedⅡscore,P>0.05).In the treatment of the fifth day,7 days,patients in treatment group the score of bowel sounds,NRS score and APACHEⅡscore were lower than the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion:on the basis of conventional treatment for acute pancreatitis,the therapeutic effect of liqigong acupoint application is relatively ideal,which can effectively improve the symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction.
