摘  要:目的探讨高频超声联合鼻内镜引导下外伤性鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔骨折同期手术治疗的应用效果。方法28例外伤性鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔骨折患者,均行高频超声联合鼻内镜引导下检查,明确诊断后在高频超声联合鼻内镜引导下行鼻骨骨折、鼻中隔骨折同期复位术,观察术后效果。结果所有患者均一次完成手术,无鼻梁塌陷、鼻腔通气功能障碍及其他并发症发生。随访3个月,优25例,良3例,差0例。结论高频超声联合鼻内镜引导下外伤性鼻骨骨折伴鼻中隔骨折诊断并引导复位,及时、迅速、准确,无放射线损害,术后疗效好,在X线禁忌患者的应用中有一定的临床应用和推广价值。Objective To discuss the effect of high-frequency ultrasonography combined with simultaneous surgery on endoscopic guided traumatic nasal bone fracture with nasal septal fracture.Methods A total of 28 cases of traumatic nasal bone fracture with nasal septal fracture were examined under the guidance of high-frequency ultrasonography combined with nasal endoscopy.After definite diagnosis,the simultaneous reduction of nasal bone fracture and nasal septal fracture was performed under the guidance of high-frequency ultrasonography combined with nasal endoscopy,and the postoperative effect was observed.Results All the patients completed the operation at one time,without nasal bridge collapse,nasal ventilation dysfunction and other complications.After 3 months of follow-up,25 cases were excellent,3 cases were good and 0 case was poor.Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography and nasal endoscopy is timely,rapid,accurate for diagnosis and reduction of traumatic nasal bone fracture with nasal septal fracture,and the efficacy after operation was good without radiation damage.It contains certain clinical application and promotion value in X-ray taboo patients.
