摘 要:简要介绍了沙钢宽厚板生产线工艺装备,主要介绍了其控冷控制模型与主要数学模型,阐述了建立超快冷控制模型过程中使用的VSG自学习模型,为其他控冷系统的改造与上线调试积累了经验。在此基础上,根据现场环境增加了集管开启优化功能与异常处理机制。新系统上线后,控冷钢板的板形与性能均达到设计要求,自动化投入率不小于99%,终冷温度命中率可达到94%以上。The process of 3 500 mm heavy plate technology and equipment were simply introduced.The cooling control model and main math models were mainly introduced.The VSG self-learning model used in the process of establishing the accelerated cooling control model was described,which has accumulated experience for the reconstruction and on-line debugging of other cooling control systems.On this basis,the optimization function and the abnormal processing mechanism of the collector opening were added according to the field environment.After the new system was launched,the shape and performance of the cooling controlled plate meet the design requirements,the automatic input rate could be reached more than 99%,and the final cooling temperature hit rate could be reached more than 94%.
