摘 要:对比分析了不同轧后控冷工艺对厚壁热轧H型钢产品力学性能的影响。结果表明,对于翼缘厚度为50 mm的热轧H型钢,采用轧后控冷工艺,其屈服强度可达397 MPa,抗拉强度可达543 MPa,断后伸长率为29.5%,0℃冲击功均值为132 J;实际生产中,控冷段轧件表面冷速不低于54℃/s,出控冷段时轧件表面温度不高于590℃,既能获得优良的力学性能,又能满足组产经济性的要求。The effects of controlled cooling process on mechanical properties of hot rolled H-beam with heavy flange thickness after rolling were analyzed.The results show that the maximum yield strength of H-beam could be reached 397 MPa,the maximum tensile strength could be reached 543 MPa,the elongation is 29.5% and the impact energy at 0 ℃ is 132 J by using controlled cooling process.The excellent mechanical properties and great group production efficiency could be obtained when the cooling rate of product surface in controlled cooling process no less than 54 ℃/s and the surface temperature no above than 590 ℃ after controlled cooling in practical production.
