摘　　要：锯片开裂或者掉块是圆锯片最常见的失效形式,也最具危险性。针对金属冷热切圆锯片使用后的失效形态,对照其使用状况、工件条件,分析了圆锯片裂纹产生的原因及扩展规律。结合生产实际,从锯切设备、锯切参数控制、锯片性能、锯片管理方面提出了防范措施。The cracking or falling of the saw blade is the most common failure mode of the circular saw blade,and it is also the most dangerous.According to the failure mode of the metal cold and hot cutting circular saw blade,the causes and expansion laws of the crack of the circular saw blade were analyzed according to the use condition and workpiece condition.Combined with the actual production,the prevention measures are proposed from the aspects of sawing equipment,sawing parameter control,saw blade performance and saw blade management.
