摘  要:石墨烯具有良好的导电性、低表面能和优异的太阳光反射特性,利用石墨烯的这几种特性,将其引入耐候性氟碳树脂体系,替代常规的炭黑、石墨等黑色颜料,研制了一种在海洋装备上应用的海灰色低表面能热反射面漆,其水接触角高达93°,太阳光热反射率可达83%,研制的涂层涂覆于某型号海洋装备上,可有效降低装备内部的温度,同时低表面能特性使相应装备表面达到易于清洁、去除油污的效果。另外,高强度石墨烯的加入还能起到增强表面涂层耐磨性的作用。Graphene has good electrical conductivity, low surface energy and excellent solar light reflection characteristics. In this paper, the above characteristics of graphene are introduced into the weather-resistant fluorocarbon resin system to replace conventional black pigments such as carbon black and graphite. A sea-gray low surface energy heat-reflecting topcoat for marine equipment is developed. The topcoat has a water contact angle of up to 93° and a solar light reflectance of up to 83%. The developed coatings applied to a certain type of marine equipment can effectively reduce the temperature inside the equipment and make the corresponding equipment surface easy to clean and remove oil. In addition, the addition of high-strength graphene can also enhance the wear resistance of the surface coatings.
