摘  要:[目的]引入界面增强剂磺化聚醚醚酮,合成新型聚醚醚酮/磺化聚醚醚酮/羟基磷灰石三元复合材料,研究该材料对成骨细胞MG-63氧化作用影响。[方法]将成骨细胞MG-63和各材料共同培养,测量材料对细胞产生丙二醛和活性氧化自由基水平,通过扫描电镜观察三元复合材料微观结构。[结果]三元复合材料上成骨细胞MG-63产生的丙二醛和活性氧化自由基浓度低于其他材料,HA质量百分比达到30%时,成骨细胞MG-63产生的丙二醛和活性氧化自由基浓度与在模拟人体正常生长条件下的数据接近,统计量P> 0. 05,氧化应激作用差异相对不明显,微观下该材料具备类骨的微孔结构和孔隙。[结论]该材料对成骨细胞MG-63氧化作用低于聚醚醚酮/羟基磷灰石材料,类骨的微孔结构能够增加细胞接触面积和有利于营养运输与骨诱导作用。[ Objective] To synthesize a type of PEEK/SPEEK/HA ternary composite by introducing the interface reinforcer sulfonated polyether ether ketone,and to study the effect of this material on the oxidation of MG-63 cells.[Method]MG-63 cells and materials were co-cultured to measure the levels of MDA and reactive oxidative free radicals produced by the materials on MG-63 cells. The microstructure of the ternary composite was observed by scanning electron microscopy.[Result]The concentration of malondialdehyde and active oxidative free radicals produced by MG-63 cells on ternary composite materials was lower than that of other materials. When the mass percentage of HA reached 30%,the concentration of malondialdehyde and active oxidative free radicals produced by MG-63 cells was close to that of MG-63 cells at the conditions of simulated human normal growth. The data are generated with the statistic parameter P > 0. 05,the difference of oxidative stress is relatively insignificant. Microscopically,the material is featured as bone-like microporous structure with numerous pores. [Conclusion]The oxidative effect of the materials on osteoblasts is lower than that of polyether ether ketone/hydroxyapatite material. Bone-like microporous structure can increase the contact area of cells and facilitate nutritional transport and bone induction.
