摘　　要：通过深入分析山东省高端装备制造业的比较优势、行业通病和质量短板,查找制约整个行业和重点领域质量提升与发展的关键因素,结合当前高端装备制造行业面临的发展环境和山东省提出的新旧动能转换战略要求,从政府层面提出如何推动高端装备制造业质量提升的路径,鼓励和支持行业、企业共同协力实现产业升级与技术进步,推动制造业强省建设,实现全省经济高质量发展。Through in-depth analysis of the comparative advantages of high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Shandong Province, the industry’s common problems and shortcomings in quality, find the key factors that restrict the quality improvement and development of the entire industry and key areas, combined with the development environment faced by the current high-end equipment manufacturing industry and Shandong Province’s new and old kinetic energy conversion strategy, and propose ways to promote the quality improvement of high-end equipment manufacturing at government level, encourage and support industries and enterprises to work together to achieve industrial upgrading and technological progress, promote the construction of a strong province, and achieve highquality economic development in the province.
