摘 要:保证核安全是核电发展的基础,而核安全的本质是核燃料的安全性。经过半个多世纪的发展,核燃料的工业化发展及应用逐步成熟,安全性、技术水平与经济性得到不断提高。福岛核事故后,对核电站及核燃料的安全性、可靠性和抗事故能力提出了更高的要求。新一代高安全性、高可靠性核燃料的研发正在推进之中,其中包括ATF燃料。文章主要针对压水堆核电站介绍国内外核燃料技术发展的现状与最新发展趋势,包括燃料包壳、燃料芯体、燃料结构设计以及ATF燃料的发展。Ensuring nuclear safety is the basis of nuclear power development,and the essence of nuclear safety is the safety of nuclear fuel.After 50 years of development,the industrial development and application of nuclear fuel has gradually matured,and the safety,technical level and economy have been continuously improved.But risksstill exist in nuclear power plants,and the Fukushima nuclear accident in Japan once again warned us to improve the safety of nuclear power plants and nuclear fuel.After the Fukushima accident,higher requirements have been put forward for the safety,reliability and accident resistance of nuclear power plants and nuclear fuels.The R&D of a new generation of highly safe and reliable nuclear fuels is under way,including ATF fuel.This paper mainly introduces the present situation and latest development trend of nuclear fuel technology for PWR nuclear power plants at home and abroad,including fuel cladding,fuel core,fuel structure design,and the development of ATF fuel.
