摘 要:目的:探讨数字乳腺三维断层摄影技术(DBT)联合全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM)在乳腺癌诊断中的价 值。方法:前瞻性选取2015年10月至2017年10月哈励逊国际和平医院怀疑女性乳腺疾病的患者398例, 均给予 FFDM、DBT检查,根据乳腺影像报告和数据系统的分型标准(BI-RADS)对乳腺病灶进行分类,以病 理结果为对照,分析 FFDM、FFDM联合 DBT对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果:FFDM联合 DBT检查的 2类检出率 明显高于 FFDM检查(P<0.05);在诊断乳腺正常与良性病变中,FFDM联合 DBT检查的 2类检出率明显高 于FFDM检查(P<0.05);在诊断乳腺癌中,FFDM联合DBT检查的5类检出率明显高于FFDM检查(P< 0.05);FFDM联合 DBT检查诊断乳腺癌的敏感度、准确度明显高于 FFDM检查(P<0.05)。结论:与单独 FFDM检查比较,FFDM联合 DBT可更有效地对乳腺病灶进行 BI-RADS分类,有利于提高对乳腺癌诊断的 敏感性、准确性,值得临床进一步推广。Objective:To discuss the value of digital breast three-dimensional tomography(DBT)combined with full field digital mammography(FFDM)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:We retrospectively selected the cases from October 2015 to October 2017 in Harrison International Peace Hospital suspected female breast disease in 398 cases.All patients were examined by FFDM and DBT.According to the classification standard of breast imaging report and data system(BI-RADS),the breast lesions were classified.The diagnostic value of FFDM and FFDM combined with DBT for breast cancer was analyzed based on pathological results.Results:The 2 types of detection rates of FFDM combined with DBT examination were significantly higher than that of FFDM(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of normal and benign lesions of the breast,the 2 types of detection rates of FFDM combined with DBT examination were significantly higher than that of FFDM(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of breast cancer,the 5 types of detection rates of FFDM combined with DBT examination were significantly higher than that of FFDM(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of FFDM combined with DBT examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer were significantly higher than that of FFDM(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the individual FFDM examination,FFDM combined with DBT can be more effective for BI-RADS classification of breast lesions.It is beneficial to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the diagnosis of breast cancer,and it's worth for further clinical promotion.
