摘  要:配电终端布点优化必须统筹工程经济性和供电可靠性。首先根据电力工程滚动提升的实际,明确以动态规划思想和分阶段实施作为配电终端布点优化工作的出发点。其次,基于多型配电终端和两类线路的组合,梳理不同区域节点之间的故障影响模式及判别流程,并在此基础上形成表征用户受电可靠性的指标计算方法,还就配电终端安装的经济成本和投入产出等作出分析。再次,面向决策者的不同需求,在前述工作引领下建立起两套差异化优化模型,即在投资规模给定下使可靠性指标获得最大提升以及可靠性指标设定下使投资规模最小化。最后经由实证检验。计算结果表明,相较于其他方法,该方法可使“投资限定-可靠性优化”的投入产出比提升21%以上,可使可靠性期望给定下投资总额缩减13%左右,因此,研究具有较大优越性,可作为配网自动化提升的有效借鉴。Distribution terminal layout optimization must coordinate engineering economy and power supply reliability.Firstly,according to the reality of power engineering rolling promotion,the idea of dynamic planning and phased implementation are clearly used as the starting point for the optimization of power distribution terminal layout.Secondly,based on the combination of multiple distribution terminals and two types of lines,the fault impact patterns and discriminant flow between nodes in different regions are combed,and on this basis,an index calculation method for indicating the reliability of users receiving electricity is formed.The economic cost and input-output of distribution terminal installation are also analyzed.Thirdly,the different needs of decision makers,led by the aforementioned work,set up two sets of differentiated optimization models,that is,the investment scale is minimized under the reliability index setting and the reliability index setting.Finally,it is tested by empirical evidence.The results show that this method can increase the input-output ratio of"investment limited-reliability optimization"by more than 21%compared with other methods,and the reliability expectation can be reduced by about 13%.Therefore,this research has great advantages and can be used as an effective reference for the automation of distribution network.
