摘  要:陶质焊补技术是目前玻璃窑大碹破损最有效和最可靠的修复手段,其具有不需停产和熔融结合等优点,已被玻璃生产厂家广泛接受。但低水准的陶质焊补不仅不能有效修复大碹破损,反而会对玻璃生产质量造成长期影响,给企业带来巨大经济损失。通过实际案例总结和分析低水准陶质焊补的特点及对生产的影响,提出采用致密且高耐火相的焊补材料的二次修补方案,解决了低水准陶质焊补带来的问题,提高了对陶质焊补技术的认识。Ceramic welding technology is the most effective and reliable means for repairing crown damage of glass furnace,which has been widely accepted by glass manufacturers for its advantages of melting bonding and no need to suspend production.However,poor ceramic welding technology may not effectively repair damage of crown,on the contrary,it may have a long-term detriment to the quality of glass and bring huge economic losses to enterprises.By summarizing practical cases and analyzing the characteristics of poor ceramic welding technology and its influence on glass production,the remedial scheme of using dense and high refractory composition material is proposed,which avoids the problems caused by poor ceramic welding technology and improves the understanding of ceramic welding repair technology.
