摘 要:介绍了煤气站副产焦油的产生和特性,并对其管理和处置利用进行了简要阐述。同时介绍了焦油和水以及焦油和轻油、焦油渣的分离措施,并针对焦油衍生出的焦油废水、焦油渣和VOC_s的污染问题,给出了相应的治理方案。指出结合煤气站的工艺特点,实施有效可行的污染治理措施,在对焦油实施规范性管理的前提下,注重其资源价值,可以获得良好的经济和社会效益。Introduced the generation and characteristics of by-product tar in gasifier station,and briefly described its management and disposal.At the same time,the separation measures of tar and water,tar and light oil and tar residue were introduced.The corresponding treatment schemes were given for the pollution problems of tar wastewater,tar residue and VOC_s derived from tar.It is pointed out that in combination with the technological characteristics of the gasifier station,effective and feasible pollution control measures are implemented.Under the premise of standardized management of tar oil,attention to its resource value can obtain good economic and social benefits.
