散寒化瘀联合中药熏蒸治疗痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察散寒化瘀联合中药熏蒸治疗痛经的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月—2016年12月寒湿凝滞型痛经患者200例。按照门诊单双号分组方式分为2组,各100例。其中单号作治疗组,选择散寒化瘀联合中药熏蒸治疗方案;而双号作对照组,选择常规西药治疗方案。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率(99.00%)高于对照组(90.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寒湿凝滞型痛经患者选择散寒化瘀联合中药熏蒸治疗方案的最终疗效结局优于西药治疗方案,是值得推荐的一种治疗新方案。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with dispersing cold and removing stasis in treating dysmenorrhe.Methods A total of 200 cases of dysmenorrhea with cold dampness and stagnation were selected from the observation samples,all of which were accepted by our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016.The assigned work of the two groups was completed according to the method of random grouping.Among them,the single number famous author treatment group(n=100 cases)selected the treatment scheme of combining cold dissipation with blood stasis and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The control group(n=100 cases)was treated with conventional western medicine.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 99.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(90.00%),and there had a significant statistical value(P<0.05).Conclusion For dysmenorrhea with cold dampness and stagnation,the final curative effect of the combination of cold dissipation and blood stasis with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is better than that of western medicine,which is a new treatment scheme worthy of recommendation.
