中药与针灸推拿联合治疗膝骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中药与针灸推拿联合治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选择南昌市洪都中医院2015年5月—2018年12月收治的膝骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,共120例,根据不同的治疗方法进行分组,对照组单独施行温针灸治疗,观察组采取温针灸+推拿+中药汤剂进行联合治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果、膝关节疼痛改善效果、生活质量改善程度。结果和治疗前对比,2组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组对比,观察组治疗后生活质量评分高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和对照组对比,观察组治疗总有效率高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。和治疗前对比,2组患者治疗后膝关节疼痛评分明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);和对照组对比,观察组治疗后膝关节疼痛评分低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对膝骨性关节炎患者,使用中药、针灸、推拿进行联合治疗,可以更有效地改善患者的膝关节功能,效果确切,值得广泛推广和应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with warm acupuncture alone,and the observation group was treated with warm acupuncture,massage and traditional Chinese medicine decoction.The therapeutic effect,knee pain improvement and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups Results The quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee joint pain score of the two groups was significantly reduced after treatment,compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knee pain score of the observation group was low after treatment,compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and massage can improve the knee joint function of patients with knee osteoarthritis more effectively,and the effect is exact and satisfactory,which is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
