摘　　要：目的综合性分析针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年10月于东港市中医院康复科病房住院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,入组病例均通过信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用单纯针刺治疗;试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后VAS疼痛评分、腰椎功能JOA评分及Oswestry功能障碍指数。结果经临床治疗后:试验组VAS评分(1.72±0.44)分;腰椎功能JOA评分(25.37±3.86)分;Oswestry功能障碍指数(7.21±2.63)分;对照组:VAS评分(3.81±0.61)分;腰椎功能JOA评分(20.29±3.69)分;Oswestry功能障碍指数(17.24±3.58)分,2组患者均取得理想临床疗效,试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗可有效缓解腰椎神经根及坐骨神经水肿症状,改善神经营养状态,恢复腰椎负重及活动度,改善患者生活质量及自理能力,临床效果优异,值得临床推广。Objective To comprehensively analyze the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.The enrolled cases were randomly divided into groups by enveloping method.30 cases in the control group used acupuncture.30 patients in the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment on the basis of the control group.Changes in the pain score VAS,lumbar spine function score JOA and Oswestry dysfunction before and after treatment were observed.Results After clinical treatment:VAS score(1.72±0.44),lumbar function JOA score(25.37±3.86),Oswestry dysfunction index(7.21±2.63),control group:VAS score(3.81±0.61),lumbar JOA score(20.29±3.69),lumbar function score(25.37±3.86),lumbar dysfunction index(7.21±2.63),control group:VAS score(3.81±0.61),lumbar vertebra function JOA score(20.29±3.69).The Oswestry dysfunction index was(17.24±3.58).The patients in the two groups achieved ideal clinical curative effect,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment can effectively relieve the symptoms of lumbar radiculopathy and sciatic nerve edema and have excellent clinical results,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
