补肾调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征52例

摘　　要：目的观察以补肾抑囊汤为基础方,采用补肾调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法回顾性分析2016年8月—2017年8月期间运用补肾抑囊汤为基础方,采用补肾调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的门诊就诊患者资料,观察治疗前、后血清激素的变化情况,进行对比分析。结果患者经治疗后38例恢复双相体温,40例恢复行经,治愈24例,有效25例,无效3例。治愈率46.1%,总有效率94.2%。结论运用补肾抑囊汤为基础方采用补肾调周法治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效显著,使大多数患者恢复了卵巢排卵功能,提高了排卵率和妊娠率,且不良反应较小,可长期服用。Objective To observe the curative effect of tonifying kidney and regulating cycle method in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome taking Bushen Yinang decoction as basic recipe.Methods From August 2016 to August 2017,the clinical data of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.The changes of serum hormones before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results 38 patients with bipolar body temperature recovered after treatment,40 patients recovered from menstruation,24 cases were cured,25 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.The cure rate is 46.1%and the effective rate is 94.2%.Conclusion Through syndrome differentiation and treatment,most patients have restored the ovulatory function and improved the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.The clinical observation shows that the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome by using tonifying kidney and regulating cycle method taking Bushen Yinang decoction as basic recipe has a significant clinical effect.
