糖皮质激素联合麻黄连翘赤小豆合胃苓汤治疗红皮病1例

摘　　要：红皮病是一种严重且难治的全身系统性炎症性皮肤疾病,治疗不当或不及时,病死率较高。文章应用糖皮质激素联合麻黄连翘赤小豆合胃苓汤治疗1例由药物过敏引发的红皮病,获得临床痊愈。证实在现代医学规范治疗的基础上,进行中医辨证论治,选用经方灵活加减,对于由药物引发的红皮病,可获得良好的临床疗效。Erythroderma is a serious and refractory systemic inflammatory skin disease,which is not treated properly or timely and has a high mortality rate.In this paper,1 case of erythroderma caused by drug allergy was treated with glucocorticoid combined with Mahuang Lianqiao Chixiaodou decoction and Weiling decoction.It has been proved that on the basis of modern medical standard treatment,the pathogenesis of TCM can be identified,and the prescription can be added or subtraction flexibly.
