摘 要:目的观察临床护理管理中应用6S管理的效果。方法文章选取江西省兴国县人民医院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的80例住院患者,所有患者均接受6S管理,比较管理前、后,住院患者的护理满意度情况。结果实施管理前、后,80例患者入院接待、健康教育、服务态度、病房护理,以及生活护理、心理疏导、护理安全等方面的满意度情况比较,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经研究发现,临床护理管理中实施6S管理,可提高患者对各项护理工作的满意度,维护良好的护患关系,值得在临床方面予以应用和推广。Objective To observe the effect of 6S management in clinical nursing management.Methods 80 inpatients were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital.All patients accepted 6S management.The nursing satisfaction of inpatients before and after management was compared.Results Before and after the implementation of management,the satisfaction of 80 patients with hospitalization,health education,service attitude,ward nursing,life nursing,psychological counseling,nursing safety and other aspects were compared,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical nursing management,the implementation of 6S management can improve patients'satisfaction with various nursing work and maintain good nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
