音乐疗法结合床上训练操应用于永久人工心脏起搏器植入术患者中的效果探析

摘　　要：目的探究音乐疗法结合床上训练操在永久人工心脏起搏器植入术患者中的应用效果.方法选取本院2015年10月至2016年10月收治的采用常规护理的永久人工心脏起搏器植入术43例患者作为对照组,另选取本院2016年11月至2017年11月收治的采用音乐疗法结合床上训练操干预的永久人工心脏起搏器植入术43例患者作为观察组.对比两组舒适度、睡眠质量及护理满意度.结果观察组伤口疼痛及腰背疼痛度评分分别为(1.02±0.51)分、(1.02±0.27)分,均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组尿潴留发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的11.63%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理2个月后睡眠质量评分中的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、睡眠质量、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分分别为(2.64±0.48)分、(0.69±0.38)分、.(2.96±0.53)分、(4.52±0.36)分、(0.72±0.21)分、(0.65±0.21)分、(2.15±0.64)分,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.02%,高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论音乐疗法结合床上训练操应用于永久人工心脏起搏器植入术患者可有效改善其舒适度及睡眠质量,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the effect of music therapy combined with bed training for patients taking permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation.Methods A total of 43 patients taking permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation and routinely cared from October,2015 to October,2016 were selected as a control group.And 43 taking permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker implantation and music therapy and doing bed training exercises from November,2016 to November,2017 were selected as an observation groups.The comfort,sleep quality,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of wound pain and low back pain in the observation group were(1.02±0.51)and(1.02±0.27),which were lower than those in the control group.The incidence of urinary retention was 0.00%in the observation group,and was 11.63%in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of time falling into sleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance,sleep quality,hypnotic drugs,and daytime dysfunction of the observation group 2 months after care were(2.64±0.48),(0.69±0.38),(2.96±0.53),(4.52±0.36),(0.72±0.21),(0.65±0.21),and(2.15±0.64),which were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.02%,and that of the control group 72.09%(P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy combined with bed training exercises for patients taking permanent artificial pacemaker implantation can effectively improve their comfort and sleep quality and nursing satisfaction,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
