摘　　要：目的探讨超声介导下经胸微创封堵治疗先天性心脏病的效果.方法2016年3月至2019年3月在超声介导下经胸封堵治疗房间隔缺损40例,室间隔缺损25例,动脉导管未闭3例.结果封堵成功64例,中转开胸3例,术后早期封堵伞脱落1例.发生房室传导阻滞1例.术后出血开胸探查1例.结论超声介导下经胸封堵治疗先天性心脏病操作简单、疗效确切.Objective To analyze the efficacy of minimally invasive transthoracic device closure guided by echocardiography in the treatment of congenital heart disease.Methods From March,2016 to March,2019,68 cases were chosen.Among them,40 had atrial septal defect(ASD),25 ventricular septal defect(VSD),and 3 patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).These patients were treated with minimally invasive transthoracic device closure under the monitoring of transoesophageal echocardiogram.Results 64 cases got successful closure,3 cases were transferred for conventional thoracotomy,and 1 case had occluder displacement.1 case got atrioventricular block,and 1 had postoperative bleeding and needed thoracotomy.Conclusions Minimally invasive transthoracic device closure guided by echocardiography in the treatment of congenital heart disease is effective.
