2017-2018年本院内科门诊口服第二类精神药品处方使用分析

摘　　要：目的分析2017-2018年本院内科门诊口服第二类精神药品处方使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据.方法采用限定日剂量(DDD)分析法,回顾性统计分析其药品销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)和排序比(B/A).结果2017-2018年本院内科门诊口服第二类精神药品处方共计2147张,其中女性所占处方比例为70.33%,男性所占处方比例为29.67%,35~50岁患者处方占32.84%,51~65岁患者处方占30.18%,65岁以上患者处方占20.91%;DDDs排名前3位为阿普唑仑片、唑吡坦片和艾司唑仑片;DDC排名前3位均为唑吡坦片、苯巴比妥片和氯硝西泮片.结论本院内科门诊口服第二类精神药品的使用基本合理.Objective By analyzing the use of oral classⅡpsychotropic drug prescriptions in the outpatient department of internal medicine of our hospital from 2017 to 2018,to provide references for rational drug use in clinic.Methods The DDD analysis method was used to retrospectively analyze the DDDs,DDC,and B/A.Results From 2017 to 2018,2147 prescriptions for psychotropic drugs of the second category were given orally in the outpatient department of internal medicine of our hospital,of which 70.33%were for women,and 29.67%for men;32.84%for patients aged 35-50,30.18%for patients aged 51-65,and 20.91%for patients over 65.Alprazolam tablets,zolpidem tablets,and estazolam tablets ranked the top 3 in DDDs.Zolpidem tablets,phenobarbital tablets,and clonazepam tablets ranked the top 3 in DDC.Conclusion The use of oral classⅡpsychotropic drugs in the outpatient department of internal medicine of our hospital is basically reasonable.
