摘 要:目的探讨蒜氨酸对家兔红细胞的直接毒性作用。方法2017年10月将蒜氨酸按5、100、200、400 mg/kg体重剂量注入家兔体内(分别为实验1~4组),对照组注射生理盐水9 mg/kg体重。注射后1 h、连续注射3 d后24 h采集血液,检测红细胞溶血特性和红细胞脆性。结果实验3、4组家兔注射后1 h采血,同时在体外蒜氨酸为100 mg/mL时均发生溶血,其余各组均无溶血现象发生;实验3、4组家兔连续注射3 d后24 h采血红细胞脆性增加,与对照组和实验1、2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组与实验1、2组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超大剂量蒜氨酸注入体内将影响红细胞稳定性,提高红细胞脆性。Objective To investigate the direct toxic effect of alliin on red blood cells in rabbits.Methods The 50,100,200,400 mg/kg body weight alliin by iv into the rabbit in the body by intravenous in October 2017(experiment groups 1-4,respectively),the control group was injected with 9 mg/kg.Blood was collected after the injection of blood collected at different times(1 h,3 d),and tested red blood cells hemolysis characteristics and red blood cells brittleness.Results Blood was collected 1 h after injection for experiment 3,4 groups.Meanwhile,hemolysis occurred when allicin was 100 mg/mL in vitro,no hemolysis occurred in other groups.Blood was collected after continuous injection after 3 d for in experiment 3,4 groups.Red blood cells brittleness increased.Compared with the control group and experimental group 1,2,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group was compared with experimental group 1,2,there were no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The stability of erythrocytes and the brittleness of erythrocytes can be improved by high dose alliin injection.
