摘  要:以N,N-双(2-羟乙基)氨基亚甲基磷酸二乙酯(FRC-6)、己二酸、己二醇等为原料,设计合成一种新型的磷氮协效聚酯多元醇(JZP),通过核磁共振和红外光谱对JZP的结构进行了表征,并将其作为软链段扩链剂,与以聚醚(PPG1000)、二羟甲基丙酸和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)进行反应,制备了阻燃水性聚氨酯(TPU)涂层材料。对TPU的结构与性能进行了测试。测试结果显示,随着JZP含量的增加,TPU乳液的平均粒径增大,黏度降低,耐水性增强。当JZP的加入量为15%时,TPU的极限氧指数(LOI)值为29.5%,材料燃烧后的残炭率达11.8%,UL-94测试结果达到V-0级。A novel phosphorus-containing polyester polyol(JZP) was successfully synthesized with diethyl bis(2-hydroxyethyl) aminomethyl phosphonate diethyl,adipic acid and hexalene glycol, which contained P-N synergistic structure. Based on JZP as soft segment chain extender, a series of phosphorus-nitrogen synergistic halogen-free intrinsic flame retardant water polyurethane(TPU) were synthesized. UL-94, limiting oxygen index(LOI) and thermo-gravimetric analysis(TGA) suggest the good flame retardancy of TPU. When the JZP content reaches 15%,the LOI increases to 29.5%, the residual car yield is about 12% and the UL-94 achieves a V-0 classification. Simultaneously,the water resistance and stability are improved, respectively.
