复方氟康唑制剂联合防风通圣颗粒外洗治疗婴幼儿皮肤念珠菌病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨婴幼儿皮肤念珠菌病采用复方氟康唑制剂联合防风通圣颗粒外洗治疗的临床效果。方法:选取本院2017年6-12月收治的68例皮肤念珠菌病婴幼儿作为研究对象,采用单盲法分为对照组(n=34)和试验组(n=34)。对照组采用复方氟康唑制剂治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用防风通圣颗粒外洗治疗。治疗4周后,比较两组临床疗效、Th1、Th2细胞水平、血清炎性因子水平与不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗4周后,试验组白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-8(IL-18)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:婴幼儿皮肤念珠菌病采用复方氟康唑制剂联合防风通圣颗粒外洗治疗可提升临床效果,改善Th1、Th2细胞水平,减轻炎症反应,且不良反应少,安全性较高。Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Compound Fluconazole Preparation combined with external washing of Fangfeng Tongsheng Particles in treatment of infantile skin candidiasis. Method: A total of 68 infants with infantile skin candidiasis admitted in our hospital from June to December 2017 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=34) and experimental group(n=34) according to single blind method. The control group was treated with Compound Fluconazole Preparation, and the experimental group was treated with external washing of Fangfeng Tongsheng Particles. After 4 weeks of treatment, clinical efficacy, Th1 and Th2 cell levels, serum inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared. Result: The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-8(IL-18), interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and C-reactive protein(CRP) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Compound Fluconazole Preparation combined with external washing of Fangfeng Tongsheng Particles in treatment of infantile skin candidiasis can improve clinical efficacy, the levels of Th1 and Th2 cells and reduce inflammatory response, it has less adverse reactions and higher safety.
