摘　　要：目的探讨欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者止血成功率及并发症的影响。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月我院收治的60例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予欣母沛和传统缝合治疗,观察组给予欣母沛和B-Lynch缝合术治疗。对比两组的相关手术指标、止血成功率及并发症。结果与对照组相比,观察组的手术时间及住院时间较短,术中出血量及术后24 h出血量较少(P均<0.05)。观察组的止血成功率为93.33%,高于对照组的66.67%(P <0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为13.33%,低于对照组的40.00%(P <0.05)。结论采用欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,能够缩短手术时间,减少出血,提高止血成功率,且并发症发生率较低。Objective To explore the influence of hemabate combined with B-Lynch suture on hemostatic success rate and complications of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony. Methods 60 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n =30) and observation group(n = 30). The control group received hemabate and traditional suture, while the observation group received hemabate and B-Lynch suture. The operation-related indicators, hemostatic success rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter, and the intraoperative blood loss and blood loss 24 h after operation were less(all P <0.05). The hemostatic success rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than 66.67% of the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 13.33%, lower than 40.00% in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Hemabate combined with B-Lynch suture in the treatment of patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony can shorten the operation time, reduce the blood loss and improve the hemostatic success rate,with lower incidence of complications.
