以家庭为中心的护理干预在支气管肺炎患儿护理中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理干预在支气管肺炎患儿护理中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的60例支气管肺炎患儿,随机分为常规组与观察组各30例。常规组予以常规父母口头宣教、方法指导的床旁护理,观察组采用以家庭为中心的护理干预。比较两组的疗效,于出院时评估家属护理满意度及患儿焦虑情况。结果常规组的总有效率为70.0%,与观察组的90.0%比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),但观察组的疗效总体上优于常规组(P <0.05)。出院时,观察组的MOPC评分为(6.2±1.3)分,高于常规组的(5.4±1.4)分(P <0.05);观察组的SAI评分为(40.6±8.5)分,显著低于常规组的(46.3±12.7)分(P <0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的护理干预能有效改善支气管肺炎患儿的症状及体征,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of family-centered nursing intervention in the nursing of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 60 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into routine group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine parent oral education and bedside nursing of method guidance. The observation group was given family-centered nursing intervention. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. The nursing satisfaction degree of family members and the anxiety of children were evaluated at discharge. Results The total effective rate of the routine group was 70.0%, had no statistical difference with 90.0% of the observation group(P >0.05). But the curative effect of the observation group was overall better than that of the routine group(P <0.05). At discharge, the MOPC score of the observation group was(6.2 ± 1.3) points, higher than(5.4 ± 1.4) points of the routine group(P <0.05). The SAI score of the observation group was(40.6 ± 8.5) points, significantly lower than(46.3 ± 12.7) points of the routine group(P <0.05). Conclusions Family-centered nursing intervention can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of children with bronchial pneumonia, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
