舒适护理干预对缓解骨折患者术后疼痛及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理干预对缓解骨折患者术后疼痛及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月我院收治的128例骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各64例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以舒适护理干预。比较两组患者的疼痛及负性情绪情况。结果术前,两组患者的VAS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后6 h、 24 h、 72 h,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。护理前,两组患者的HAMD评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);护理1周后,观察组的HAMD评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对骨折患者采用舒适护理干预,能够减轻患者的焦虑情绪,缓解术后疼痛,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the influence of comfortable nursing intervention on relieving the postoperative pain and negative emotions in patients with fractures. Methods 128 cases of patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 64 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The postoperative pain and negative emotion of the two groups were compared. Results Before surgery, no statistical difference was found in the VAS score between the two groups(P >0.05). 6 h, 24 h and 72 h after surgery, the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Before nursing, no statistical difference was found in the HAMD score between the two groups(P >0.05). After 1 week of nursing, the HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing intervention for fracture patients can relieve patients’ anxiety and postoperative pain, which has higher clinical application value.
