艾灸联合耳穴埋豆及护理干预治疗脑卒中后尿潴留的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾灸联合耳穴埋豆及护理干预对脑卒中后尿潴留的临床治疗效果.方法:将我院脑病科于2016年1月-2017年1月收治的100例脑卒中后尿潴留患者按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组患者给予常规膀胱功能干预治疗及护理干预,观察组在常规膀胱功能干预治疗及护理干预基础上采用艾灸联合耳穴埋豆的方法进行干预.治疗前后测定两组膀胱残余尿量、记录生活质量精简问卷评分.结果:治疗2周后,两组患者的膀胱残余尿量、生活质量精简问卷评分均下降,且观察组下降更显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:艾灸联合耳穴埋豆及护理干预治疗脑卒中后尿潴留对提高疗效具有十分重要的意义.Objective:To observe the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint plaster and nursing intervention on retention of urine after stroke.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2017,100 patients with retention of urine after stroke were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine bladder function intervention and nursing intervention.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint plaster on the basis of routine bladder function intervention and nursing intervention.The residual urine volume of bladder was measured before and after treatment,and the subjective quality of life profile(SQLP)was recorded.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the bladder residual urine volume and SQLP of the patients in both groups decreased signi ficantly,especially in the treatment group(P<0.05).The total e ffective rate after treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with auricular acupoint plaster and nursing intervention was of great signi ficance in improving the curative effect in the treatment of retention of urine after cerebral infarction.
