探讨中医健康管理对老年高血压患者的干预效果及生活质量的改善作用

摘　　要：目的:研究探讨中医健康管理对老年高血压患者的干预效果及生活质量的改善作用.方法:选取自2017年9月-2018年9月我院收治老年高血压患者100例为临床研究对象,并随机法分为对照组50例和研究组50例,对照组患者均展开常规健康管理,研究组患者则展开中医健康管理,对比两组患者经不同方式干预后的效果与生活质量.结果:研究组患者经管理后,其血压水平改善情况优于对照组,且生活质量评分均高于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对老年高血压患者展开中医健康管理,能有效改善患者血压水平,提高其生活质量,值得在临床中应用.Objective:To investigate the effect of TCM health management on elderly patients with hypertension and the improvement of the quality of life.Methods:100 cases of elderly patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as clinical subjects,and were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases).Conventional health management was carried out for all patients in the control group,while traditional Chinese medicine health management was carried out for those in the study group.The efficacy and quality of life of two groups of patients after different intervention methods were compared.Results:After management,the improvement of blood pressure level of the patients in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine health management could effectively control the blood pressure level and improve their quality of life of elderly hypertension patients and it was worthy of clinical application.
