通络逐痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在类风湿关节炎治疗中应用通络逐痹汤进行治疗的临床价值.方法:选取在我院接受诊治的60例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研讨组,每组30例.参照组应用风湿骨痛胶囊进行治疗,研究组应用通络逐痹汤进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察分析.结果:观察对比两组患者的临床疗效发现,研究组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,两组间差异显著且具有统计学意义.结论:通络逐痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床价值较高,可有效提高临床疗效,值得在临床上推广应用.Objective:To analyze the clinical value of Tongluo Zhubi decoction(通络逐痹汤)in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Sixty cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients who received treatment in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the group and the research group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fengshi Gutong capsule(风湿骨痛胶囊),and the research group was treated with Tongluo Zhubi decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:Observation and comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients showed that the total e ffective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant.Conclusion:Tongluo Zhubi decoction was of high clinical value in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,which could effectively improve the clinical efficacy and was worthy of clinical application.
