电针配合温针灸联合常规西药治疗风寒型周围性面瘫急性期的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析研究电针配合温针灸联合常规西药治疗风寒型周围性面瘫急性期的临床效果.方法:本次研究特抽选本院接收的51例风寒型周围性面瘫急性期患者,其收治时间为2016年1月―2018年5月.所有患者经过抽签分组的方式被分为两组,所有患者均接受常规西医治疗,对照组25例患者给予电针治疗,观察组26例患者联合温针灸治疗.对两组患者的症状体征改善情况、面瘫改善情况、临床疗效进行比较.结果:治疗前,两组患者的体征量化表评分比对,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组和对照组患者的体征量化表评分均明显较治疗前下降,且观察组患者的降幅较对照组大,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的Portmann评分明显较治疗前提升,且明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的临床总有效概率同对照组比较,明显较高,P<0.05.结论:电针配合温针灸联合常规西药治疗风寒型周围性面瘫急性期的疗效显著,其可促进患者临床症状的改善.Objective:To analyze and study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with warm acupuncture and conventional western medicine on acute stage of wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:In this study,51 patients with acute stage of wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital were specially selected,and their admission and treatment time was from January 2016 to May 2018.All patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots.All patients received conventional western medicine treatment,the control group 25 cases received electroacupuncture treatment,and the observation group 26 cases received electroacupuncture combined with warm acupuncture and conventional western medicine.The improvement of symptoms and signs,facial paralysis and clinical e fficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no signi ficant di fference between the two groups in the score of the quantitative table of physical signs(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the quantitative table of physical signs of the patients in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease of the patients in the observation group was more signi ficant than that in the control group,P<0.05.The Portmann score of patients in the observation group after treatment was signi ficantly higher than that before treatment,and was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The total clinical effective probability of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture combined with warm acupuncture and conventional western medicine had a signi ficant effect in the treatment of acute phase of wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis,it could promote the relief of clinical symptoms of patients.
