脱垂性环状痔的三种不同术式临床疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探析齿状环切加套扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床效果.方法:选取我院接收的脱垂性环状痔180例患者为研究对象,根据就诊先后顺序编号,分设试验组60例,对照组A 60例和对照组B 60例三组.其中,行齿状环切加套扎术治疗为试验组,行Milligan-Morgan术治疗为对照组A,行PPH术治疗为对照组B.观察经分别实施不同手术疗法取得的效果情况.结果:试验组的临床总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组A的98.33%和对照组B的96.67%(P<0.05);术后,试验组患者的并发症率、创面愈合时间情况均低于对照组A和对照组B(P<0.05).结论:对脱垂性环状痔患者行齿状环切加套扎术治疗,取得的治疗效果明显优于行Milligan-Morgan术式、PPH术式的疗效,能有效改善患者病情,加快患者机体恢复.Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of mucosal ligation and external stripping of the dentate line for the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:180 patients with prolapsed hernia treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.The experimental group 60 cases,control group A 60 cases and control group B 60 cases were assigned according to the order of treatment.Among them,the treatment group was treated with dentate circumcision and ligation,and the control group A was treated with Milligan-Morgan,and the control group B was treated with PPH.The effects of different surgical treatments were observed.Result:The clinical efficacy rate of the experimental group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 98.33%in the control group A and 96.67%in the control group B(P<0.05).After the operation,the complication rate and wound healing time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group A and the control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with prolapsed ring-shaped hernia with dentate circumcision and ligation is better than the efficacy of Milligan-Morgan and PPH,which can effectively improve the patient’s condition and speed up the recovery of the patient’s body.
