摘　　要：目的:探讨"花篮式"张力带治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效.方法:自2004年6月-2016年7月采用"花篮式"钛缆张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折66例.根据分型:粉碎性21例,横行骨折45例,受伤至手术时间1~3天,平均2.6天,其中间接暴力26例,直接暴力40例.结果:随访过程中有8例患者失访,58例成功随访12~18个月,平均15个月;术后6周膝关节活动度正常,与健侧相比无明显差异(P>0.05),术后12个月所有随访患者骨折均获骨性愈合.根据Bostman髌骨功能评分评定疗效:优30例,良24例,差4例,优良率93.10%.结论:"花篮式"钛缆张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折是一种固定牢靠,操作简单,效果确切的手术方法,值得临床推广应用.Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of“flower basket type”titanium cable tension band in the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods:From June 2004 to July 2016,66 cases of patellar fracture were treated with“flower basket type”titanium cable tension band fixation.According to the classi fication,21 cases were comminuted.45 cases of transverse fractures were 1-3 days(average 2.6 days)from being injured to surgery,including 26 cases of indirect violence and 40 cases of direct violence.Results:During the follow-up,8 patients were lost,58 patients were followed up successfully for 12 to 18 months,with an average of 15 months.6 weeks after operation,the knee motion was normal,and there was no significant difference between the normal side and the knee joint(P>0.05).Bone healing was achieved in all the patients 12 months after operation.According to Bostman patellar function score,the results were excellent in 30 cases,good in 24 cases,poor in 4 cases.Conclusion:The“flower basket type”titanium cable tension band internal fixation was a reliable,simple and effective surgical method for the treatment of patellar fracture.It was worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
