摘　　要：目的:探讨中医三联疗法治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎的临床效果.方法:将入选合格病例180例按1︰1︰1的比例随机分为A、B、C组,分别予以口服中成药、中药口服+灌肠、中药口服+灌肠+中药外敷治疗盆腔炎,疗程为3周.结果:中药口服+灌肠+中药外敷三联疗法治疗盆腔炎效果显著,值得推广.Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine triple therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic in flammatory disease with dampness,heat and stasis.Methods:180 cases of quali fied cases were randomly divided into A,B,C group evenly and received oral Chinese medicine,oral Chinese medicine and enema,oral Chinese medicine and enema and external application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for three weeks.Conclusion:The treatment of oral Chinese medicine and enema and external application of traditional Chinese medicine had signi ficant effect,and it was worthy of extensive application.
