复方利多卡因乳膏在A型肉毒毒素眶周年轻化治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察复方利多卡因乳膏对A型肉毒毒素眶周年轻化治疗局部麻醉的镇痛效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月本科80例A型肉毒毒素眶周年轻化治疗的患者,对其开展随机平均分组,分成非干预组和干预组。非干预组运用常规方式对患者进行A型肉毒毒素注射眶周皱纹年轻化治疗,干预组外敷复方利多卡因乳膏保鲜膜封包1~2 h后,对患者进行A型肉毒毒素注射眶周皱纹年轻化治疗。采用WHO数字评分方式对疼痛进行评估。结果干预组的疼痛分值(2.86±0.49)要低于非干预组疼痛分值(5.45±0.84),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组满意度(77.5%)明显高于非干预组满意度(25%)。结论使用复方利多卡因乳膏对注射A型肉毒毒素眶周年轻化治疗的局部皮肤进行麻醉的效果良好,能够降低患者的注射中的疼痛程度,提高注射满意度。Objective To observe the analgesic effect of compound lidocaine cream in the local anesthesia for periorbital rejuvenescent treatment with botulinum toxin A.Methods 80 patients undergoing periorbital rejuvenescent treatment with botulinum toxin A in our department from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into non-intervention group and intervention group.The non-intervention group was treated with botulinum toxin A on the periorbital area by a conventional method,and the intervention group was covered with preservative film with compound lidocaine cream on the periorbital area,and then treated with botulinum toxin A after 1-2 hour.The level of patients’pain was assessed by WHO digital score system.Results The pain score of the intervention group was lower than that of the non-intervention group[(2.86±0.49)vs.(5.45±0.84)],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the intervention group was higher than that of the non-intervention group(77.5%vs.25%).Conclusion Compound lidocaine cream has a positive effect in the anesthesia of local periorbital skin for rejuvenescent treatment with botulinum toxin A injection,which can reduce the pain level of patients during injection and improve the satisfaction on injection.
