摘　　要：目的探讨超脉冲CO2点阵激光联合皮下分离术治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的效果及其护理措施。方法选取本科2018年5月至2019年4月收治104例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,随机将患者分为两组,每组52例。对照组采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗,研究组在超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗前实施皮下分离术和综合护理干预。比较两组患者的临床效果;并术后随访1周,比较两组焦虑评分(SAS)。结果研究组的临床治疗有效率为92.31%,对照组的临床治疗有效率为76.92%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时研究组在治疗过程中实施综合护理干预,治疗后的焦虑评分(SAS)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗是治疗面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的一种有效方法,及时有效的综合护理干预也是保证疗效的关键。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of super pulse CO2 dot matrix laser and subcision in the treatment of atrophic acne scars,and the nursing measures for them.Methods From May 2018 to April 2019,104 patients with facial atrophic acne scars were randomly divided into two groups.52 patients in the control group were treated with super pulse CO2 dot matrix laser,and 52 patients in the study group were treated with super pulse CO2 dot matrix laser and subcision,comprehensive nursing intervention.The curative effects in the two groups were observed,and the anxiety scores were compared after 1 week of follow-up.Results The effective rate of the study group was as high as 92.31%,and that in the control group was 76.92%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time,the anxiety score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy is an effective method for atrophic acne scars,and prompt effective comprehensive nursing intervention is also the key to ensure the curative effect.
