摘　　要：目的探讨药学服务平台的构建,实现药学服务模式的转变,提高药学服务水平。方法以患者为中心,以合理用药为核心的药学服务作为构建理念,借助互联网信息技术,融合药事管理、药学信息、临床药学服务等多项内容,构建微信公众号药学服务平台。结果微信公众号药学服务平台的构建和应用,实现了药学服务模式的转变,大大提升了本院药学服务水平和质量。结论互联网信息化技术在提升医院药事管理和药学服务中具有重要的作用。Objective To explore the construction of pharmaceutical care platform,to realize the transformation of pharmaceutical care mode,and to improve the level of pharmaceutical care.Methods With the concept of patient-centered and rational drug use as the core of pharmaceutical care,WeChat pharmaceutical care platform is built by integrating many contents such as pharmaceutical administration,pharmaceutical information,and clinical pharmaceutical care with the help of Internet information technology.Results The construction and application of WeChat pharmaceutical care platform have realized the transformation of pharmaceutical care mode and greatly improved the level and quality of pharmaceutical care in our hospital.Conclusion Internet information technology plays an important role in improving hospital pharmacy management and pharmaceutical care.
