益肾降浊汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察益肾降浊汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期的临床效果。方法选择2018年3月~2019年3月在我院治疗的慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期患者64例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合益肾降浊汤治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、尿24h肌酐清除率(24h Ccr)及并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为81.25%,高于对照组的71.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组Scr、BUN、Cys-C水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组24h Ccr均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.25%,低于对照组的15.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾降浊汤联合常规西药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭失代偿期疗效确切,可改善肾功能,降低并发症发生率,进一步延缓肾功能恶化。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction in the treatment of decompensated chronic renal failure.Methods 64 patients with decompensated chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,32 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction on the basis of the control group.Compare the total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups,the serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum cystatin C(Cys-C),urinary 24h creatinine clearance(24h Ccr)and complication rate.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 81.25%,which was higher than that of the control group 71.87%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Scr,BUN and Cys-C levels were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24h Ccr of the two groups was higher than that before the treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was concurrent the incidence rate was 6.25%,which was lower than that of the control group 15.62%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Jiangzhuo Decoction combined with conventional western medicine is effective in treating decompensated chronic renal failure,which can improve renal function,reduce the incidence of complications,and further delay the deterioration of renal function.
