我国运动休闲城市评价指标体系的构建

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、实地考察法、德尔菲法、数理统计法、层次分析法等,厘清“城市”“休闲城市”和“运动休闲城市”概念的层级关系,界定了我国“运动休闲城市”的内涵,筛选了运动休闲城市评价指标,构建了由3个一级指标,6个二级指标和24个三级指标组成的运动休闲城市评价指标体系,并使用MATLAB软件计算了各级评价指标的权重系数,以期为我国运动休闲城市建设提供理论依据和评价工具,以及为促进我国运动休闲城市建设发挥积极作用。By using the methods of literature review,field investigation,Delphi method,mathematical statistics and analytic hierarchy process,this paper analyzed the hierarchical relations of the concepts of city,leisure city and sports and leisure city,defined the concept of“sports and leisure city”in China,screened the evaluation indexes of sports and leisure cities in China,and constructed the evaluation index system of sports and leisure cities of three first-level indexes,six second-level indexes and 24 third-level indexes.The weight coefficients of evaluation indexes at all levels were calculated by using MATLAB statistical software,so as to provide the theoretical basis and evaluation tools for the construction of sports and leisure cities and play an active role in the construction of sports and leisure cities in China.
