摘  要:为探究加固方法、纤维混合比、黏合剂浓度对锂离子电池隔膜性能的影响,以芳砜纶纤维和低熔点纤维为原料,通过湿法非织造材料生产工艺加工,研究了不同的纤维混合比及不同的黏合剂浓度对锂离子电池隔膜的透气率、孔隙率、吸液率和保液率等方面的影响。结果表明:采用化学黏合加固的锂离子电池隔膜在各种性能方面更为优异,并且黏合剂浓度为3%,烘燥温度为170℃,烘燥时间为30min时,锂离子电池隔膜的透气率为2969mm/s,孔隙率为96.7%,吸液率、保液率分别为1303%、1207%。To explore the effect of strengthening methods,fiber mixing ratio,binder concentration on the properties of lithium ion battery diaphragm,with the polysulfonamide fiber and low melting point fiber as raw material,through the wet nonwoven materials processing production technology,the effect of different fiber blend ratio and different adhesive concentration on the permeability,porosity,fluid absorption rate and liquid retention rate of lithium ion battery diaphragm were studied.The results showed that the lithium ion battery diaphragm reinforced by chemical bonding was more excellent in a variety of performance.When the binder concentration was 3%,the drying temperature was 170℃and the drying time was 30 min,permeability rate of lithium ion battery diaphragm was 2969 mm/s,porosity was 96.7%,fluid absorption rate and liquid retention rate were 1303%,1207%respectively.
