摘 要:将硅烷偶联剂/地聚合物复合材料在不同的温度下养护,探究养护温度对硅烷偶联剂/地聚合物复合材料的性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明:养护温度20~80℃,纯偏高岭土基地聚合物随养护温度的升高,抗压和抗折强度先增大后减小;掺入硅烷偶联剂的地聚合物复合材料,抗压强度随养护温度的升高而减小。养护温度为20℃,硅烷偶联剂质量掺量为0.2%的复合材料的力学性能最好,3 d和28 d的抗压强度分别为46.7 MPa和48.8 MPa。养护温度变化没有产生新的水化产物,不掺硅烷偶联剂地聚合物50℃养护下更易形成Si-O-Si,地聚合物力学性能较好。The effects of curing temperature on the properties and microstructure of silane coupling agent/geopolymer composites were investigated.The composites were cured at different temperatures.The results show that the curing temperature is 20-80℃,with the curing temperature increases,the compressive and flexural strength of pure metakaolin based polymer increase first and then decrease.In the geopolymer composite incorporating a silane coupling agent,the compressive strength decreases as the curing temperature increases.The composite material with a curing temperature of 20℃and a silane coupling agent content of 0.2%had the best mechanical properties,and the compressive strength at 3 d and 28 d were 46.7 MPa and 48.8 MPa.The curing temperature does not produce new hydration products,and the polymer without silane coupling agent is more likely to form Si-O-Si under the curing of 50℃,the mechanical properties of the geopolymer are better.
