摘 要:通过单掺粉煤灰、硅灰及复掺的方式探究矿物掺和料对磷建筑石膏砂浆强度的影响。结果表明,单掺粉煤灰时,砂浆吸水率小幅优化,砂浆的7 d抗压强度和7 d拉伸黏结强度提升较为明显。单掺硅灰时,砂浆的吸水率、3 d抗压强度和3 d黏结强度都有较大提高。复掺时,在二者的协同作用下,吸水率、抗压强度和黏结强度均优于单掺。最后,经过微观分析和机理分析得出,因矿物掺和料各自具有不同的火山灰活性与填充效应,从而以不同的方式改善了磷建筑石膏砂浆的强度。In this paper, the effects of mineral admixtures on the strength of phosphorus building gypsum mortar were investigated by means of single fly ash, silica fume and complex doping. The results show that when the fly ash is mixed, the water absorption rate of the mortar is slightly optimized, and the 7 d compressive strength and 7 d tensile bond strength of the mortar are obviously improved. When the silica fume is used alone, the water absorption rate, 3 d compressive strength and 3 d bond strength of the mortar are greatly improved. In the case of complex doping, the water absorption, compressive strength and bond strength are better than those of single doping under the synergistic effect of the two. Finally, microscopic analysis and mechanism analysis show that the mineral admixtures have different pozzolanic activity and filling effects, which improves the strength of the phosphorus building gypsum mortar in different ways.
