摘  要:以河南石墨矿浮选精矿细鳞片石墨(含碳量为95%)为原料,利用高锰酸钾、高氯酸、冰乙酸及硝酸等氧化剂氧化插层制备可膨胀石墨;采用单因素条件试验首先研究筛选氧化剂、优化插层剂用量,进而优化获得反应温度、时间和焙烧温度等参数,m石墨∶V高氯酸∶V冰乙酸∶V硝酸=5∶10∶3.5∶3(g∶m L∶m L∶m L)、水浴温度40℃、反应时间30 min等优化工艺条件下,得到可膨胀石墨,600℃高温膨胀制得膨胀石墨样品的膨胀体积为190 mL/g。对最佳条件制备的可膨胀石墨、膨胀石墨进行扫描电镜和红外测试分析,发现插层剂插入层间,膨胀效果良好。The expandable graphite was prepared by using fine flake graphite(95% carbon content) from flotation concentrate of Henan graphite, applying KMnO4/HClO4/HNO3/HAc as oxidant and intercalator. In the whole process, based on the single-factor experiment, the best dosage of oxidant and intercalation agent was found firstly. Then, the experiment was carried out at the reaction temperature, time and calcination temperature. The best conditions were as follows: graphite mass∶perchloric acid volume∶glacial acetic acid volume∶nitric acid volume = 5∶10∶3.5∶3(g∶mL∶mL∶mL), water bath temperature 40 ℃ with 30 min, and drying to obtain expandable graphite. Take the product and expand at 600 ℃ to obtain expanded graphite with an expanded volume of 190 mL/g. By scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR), It was found that the intercalation agent was inserted into the interlayer and the expansive effect was good.
