摘 要:山东某金尾矿石英矿物含量为73.69%,含铁矿物含量较低,对其中石英砂进行浮选精制试验,预先使用磁选进行除铁,将除铁后粗精矿进行磨矿处理,磨矿时间为15 min时,样品粒度适宜。浮选试验过程采用预先抛尾,对试验样品首先进行反浮选,除去长石和云母,反浮选结束后对石英含量较高的样品进行正浮选,石英由原矿品位73.69%提升到最终品位为95.6%,此时其回收率可达到最大值75.2%。The quartz sand used for flotation and refining experiment was from a gold tailings in Shandong. The content of quartz minerals in the samples was 73.69%, and the content of iron ore was low. Magnetic separation is used to remove impurities in advance, and the remaining minerals are grinded after iron removal. When the grinding time was 15 min, the sample size was suitable. In the flotation test process, the process of preremoval tailing was adopted. The sample was first carried out reverse flotation, feldspar and mica were removed. After reverse flotation, the sample with high quartz content was carried out with positive flotation. The content of purified quartz sand was 95.6% and and the recovery was 75.2%.
