摘 要:采用水淬矿渣为骨料,加入钼尾矿和少量废玻璃制备高性能透水砖,研究骨料粒径、原料配比、成型压力、烧结温度对透水砖的透水系数和抗压强度的影响,确定最优工艺参数。结果表明,加入60%粒度为1.18~2.36 mm水淬矿渣,30%钼尾矿和10%废玻璃制得的透水砖性能最佳。其抗压强度为45.3 MPa,透水系数高达0.0771 cm/s,是国标GB/T 25933-2010要求的3.8倍。In this study,water quenched slags were used as aggregate.Molybdenum tailings and a small amount of waste glass were added to prepare high performance permeable brick.The effects of aggregate particle size,raw material ratio,molding pressure and sintering temperature on the permeability coefficient and compressive strength of permeable brick were studied.The optimal process parameters were determined.The results show that the water permeable brick prepared by adding 60%water quenched slag with particle size of 1.18-2.36 mm,30%molybdenum tailings and 10%waste glass has the best performance.The compressive strength is 45.3 MPa and the permeability coefficient is as high as 0.0771 cm/s,which is 3.8 times to the national standard GB/T 25933-2010.
