摘　　要：介绍了四辊钢丝压延机设备的结构,阐述了摆动供胶装置的工作要求及旧摆动供胶装置存在的问题,研究了改造方向,设计出新结构的上、下摆动供胶装置,进行了受力分析,正确选择了减速机及驱动伺服电机的型号,做出了安全及润滑方面的设计,描述了改造后的效果。The equipment structure of the four-roller steel wire calender was introduced.The working requirements of the swing rubber supply device and the problems existing in the old swing rubber supply device were expounded.The direction of transformation was studied,and the upper and lower swing rubber supply devices of the new structure were designed,and the force analysis was carried out.The model of the reducer and the drive servo motor was correctly selected,and the design of safety and lubrication was made,and the effect after the modification was described.
