摘　　要：介绍了双钱集团(江苏)轮胎有限公司从意大利柯美尼奥公司引进的钢丝压延机生产线。改造前钢丝压延机液压系统配置的是MOOG L 143-ECA-017 A控制器,MOOG控制器运行13年后开始频繁出现故障,直接影响江苏公司的生产、计划和产品质量,再加上MOOG L 143-ECA-017 A控制器产品已经停止生产,备件无法采购,所以对MOOG液压系统的改造势在必行。This paper introduces the production line of steel wire calender introduced by Double Coin Group(Jiangsu)Tire Co.LTD.from Italy Comerio Ercole S.P.A.Before the transformation,the hydraulic system of the wire calender was equipped with the MOOG L 143-ECA-017 A controller.After 13 years of operation,the MOOG controller began to malfunction frequently,which directly affecting the production plan and product quality of the Jiangsu company.In addition,the MOOG L 143-ECA-017 A controller product has stopped production of spare parts and cannot be purchased,so the transformation of the MOOG hydraulic system is imperative.
