摘　　要：密炼机是以轮胎为典型代表的橡胶制品企业所广泛采用的设备。因各种历史原因,目前国内很多制品企业采用的都是老式密炼机,生产效率低下、炼胶品质不高,且环保性不好,漏料、污染严重,急需对其进行改造。本文就某老式3A项目的整机改造进行介绍,以期对行业起到积极的借鉴意义。The internal mixer is a widely used equipment for rubber products enterprises represented by tires.Due to various historical reasons,many domestic products companies use old-fashioned internal mixers,which have low production efficiency,low quality of rubber mixing,and poor environmental protection.Due to the leakage of materials and serious pollution,it is urgent to transform it.This article introduces the whole machine transformation of an old-fashioned 3A project,and hopes to have a positive reference for the industry.
