摘　　要：努力打造一支政治过硬、本领高强的融媒体人才队伍,以人才转型促媒体转型,既是推进媒体融合发展的国家战略要求,也是实现河北传统主流媒体向新型主流媒体转型的根本路径。其转型路径主要是通过“针对式培训、贯通式培训、在线式培训”等方式发力,进行培育出以专家型采编人才、全媒体技术人才、多产业运营人才为主体的融媒体人才梯队,为河北传统主流媒体转型提供强大人才支持和技术引领。Striving to build a team of media talents with strong political and professional skills which is not on ly the national strategic requirement to promote the integrated development of media,but also the fundamental path to realize the transformation from traditional mainstream media to new mainstream media in Hebei province.Its transformation path mainly through"targeted training,through type training,on-line training",etc.,to cultivate ex pert editorial talent,the whole media technology talented person,the more industry operating personnel as the main body of the financial media talent echelon,provide powerful talents support and technology leading for the transfor mation of Hebei's traditional mainstream media.
